Vibramech offers a range of drives for vibrating equipment, which comprises geared exciters, URAS vibrator motors and oscillator drives. While each drive’s effectiveness is proven through thousands of global installations, drive selection is based on the size of the machine, the application and client requirements.
Vibramech drives for vibrating equipment include geared exciters manufactured under licence from Siebtechnik in Germany, URAS vibrator motors imported from Japan and locally manufactured oscillators. These drive systems are extremely reliable, easy to maintain and minimise equipment downtime.
Fast turn-around times are guaranteed by an extensive stockholding and local repair facilities. Vibramech is the sole African and Middle Eastern distributor of URAS vibrator motors.
Over 500 units of Vibramech vibrating equipment are supplied and commissioned internationally each year.
Vibramech has over 40 years of vibrating equipment design and mineral processing experience, which enables us to supply screens, feeders, grease tables and drives best suited to our clients’ requirements. Our design practice makes use of Finite Element Method and Strain Gauge Analysis to prove structural integrity, and detailed attention is paid to wear protection and commonality of components to minimise spare parts inventories.
Our flexibility in design gives customers the freedom to design their plant infrastructure without standard equipment dimensional constraints. This means equipment can be retrofitted to existing infrastructure without major alterations to chutes, underpans and support steelwork.
