Liwell screens are Vibramech’s only imported screen range and have a niche application for dry screening of difficult materials down to 2 mm aperture.
They are supplied under license throughout sub-Saharan Africa exclusively by Vibramech. The German-manufactured Liwell screens develop 50 G’s through a unique screen deck motion, which enables the effective screening of sticky materials at small aperture sizes, without the need for process water.
Vibramech has more than four decades of mineral processing experience and vibrating equipment design, enabling us to deliver screens, feeders, grease tables and drives that are best suited to our customers’ requirements.
Strain Gauge Analysis and Finite Element Method are two of the tools used to prove structural integrity, and we focus on wear protection and component commonality to minimise spare parts inventories.
Our customers’ plant infrastructures can be freely designed without standard geometric constraints because of Vibramech’s design flexibility. This also means that equipment can be retrofitted to existing infrastructure without major alterations to underpans, chutes and support steelwork.
Vibramech has an installed base of over 8 000 pieces of mineral processing equipment worldwide. We have supplied vibrating mineral processing machines extensively throughout Africa and have equipment installed in, amongst other regions, Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Canada, USA, South America, Australia, India, United Kingdom and the Philippines.
Vibramech supplies vibrating equipment primarily to the mining and mineral processing industries across the globe and has extensive experience in gold, diamond, coal, iron ore, manganese, platinum, chrome, nickel, uranium, copper, mineral sands and aggregate operations.
