Vibramech pan feeders can be suspended or foot-mounted depending on application requirements and plant configurations. They are known as brute force feeders and have been designed as the optimum heavy-duty feeder-type for mineral processing environments. Our vibrating pan feeders are generally powered by vibrator motors and provide an even, controllable flow of material to crushers, screens, mills, scrubbers and conveyors.
Our brute force feeders are available with installation angles ranging from 0° (horizontal) to 15°. The vibrator motors can be positioned above or below the feeder, or side-mounted for low profile installations. We offer 3 isolator types for optimal isolation. Sub-frames can be supplied when additional isolation is required.
The feed rate of a Vibramech vibrating feeder can be controlled by utilising a frequency controller. The variation in drive speed makes it possible to vary the feed rate.
