All geared exciter repair units are stripped into individual components, each of which is subjected to a full 3D check and MPI testing if required. Any component found to be out of specification will not be considered for reuse.
Vibramech is the sole African agents for the MK range of geared exciters, manufactured under licence to Siebtechnik, Germany. These geared exciters are used extensively in the Vibramech range of equipment.
Only OEM-certified replacement parts are used in the re-assembly process, and the unit is test run and monitored for 8 hours before being released. A repaired geared exciter carries a warranty of 12 months.
